DMAE is mainly used to produce a tightening effect, it also acts as a collagen stimulator and as a pro-repairer of collagen and elastin fibres.

By using DMAE there are different synergistic results at different levels: increase in tension in the non-muscle cells of the dermis, increase in the cohesion and movement of keratinocytes, increase in hydration and elasticity of the stratum corneum, increase in the supply of nutrients and mechanisms of defense, uniforming the texture.
