1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Miami Kiss website (the "Site") and our cosmetic and beauty services (the "Services"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using the Site and our Services.

2. Use of Services

  • Miami Kiss provides cosmetic and beauty treatments, information, and related services for general informational and promotional purposes.
  • The information provided on the Site is not a substitute for professional medical advice or treatment.
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the Site or Services without prior notice.

    3. Booking and Appointments

    • Miami Kiss reserves the right to require prepayment.
    • Please read carefully prior to booking. We need your collaboration to allow Miami Kiss to continue giving the most up-to-date state-of-the-art treatments at the lowest possible price.
    • A non-refundable, deposit of 10% is required for all treatments and if you have a Groupon Voucher you must add your security code NOT the voucher code. The security code is a combination of 10 letters and numbers.
    • If the correct security code (located under the barcode) is not entered, our booking system will automatically reject the appointment.
    • All appointments for cosmetic and beauty treatments are subject to availability.
    • All Medical Aesthetic Treatments are subject to a complimentary 10-minute consultation to ensure you have chosen and are a good candidate for your chosen procedure to achieve your desired results.
    • As a courtesy, we will send a text and/or email to confirm your service appointments, provided you have booked earlier than 48 hours before your appointment time. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments, and cancellation fees.
    • Groupon vouchers are redeemed at the time of booking to confirm the appointment.
    • Groupon vouchers are subject to the strict terms and conditions set by Groupon, you can find Groupon's terms and conditions HERE.

      4. Cancellations and Refund Policy

      • Miami Kiss reserves the right to cancel unconfirmed appointments.
      • A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required for appointment cancellations.
      • Failing to provide sufficient notice will result in forfeit of your deposit.
      • Failure to attend a scheduled appointment will result in the requirement to pay the full fee as a deposit for all subsequent appointments.
      • Prepaid packages are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
      • A prepaid treatment course does not guarantee exclusivity to a particular therapist - Should your preferred therapist be unavailable, rest assured that all of our qualified therapists can perform the purchased treatment.

        5. Pricing and Payments

        • We offer various payment options for all our services.
        • All prices listed include the Goods and Services Tax (GST).
        • Prices for treatments and services are subject to change without notice.
        • Payment for treatments is due at the time of service unless otherwise specified.
        • Promotions and discounts may have specific terms and conditions.
        • Available methods of payment in studio are cash, Visa, Mastercard, and Eftpos.
        • Available methods of payment online and over the phone are cash, Eftpos, Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal.
        • Payments by Eftpos and credit card are all subject to regulated 1.1% bank charges

          6. Liability

          • Miami Kiss is not liable for any injuries, allergic reactions, or other adverse outcomes resulting from the use of our Services.
          • In the interest of ensuring the safety and comfort of all clients, it is a requirement that children be under the supervision of a responsible adult at all times.
          • To maintain safety standards, we kindly request that children refrain from playing on salon furniture or equipment.
          • Clients are solely responsible for their personal belongings. We are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during appointments.
          • In the event of dissatisfaction with our service, please contact us promptly so that we may address and resolve the matter.
          • Attempting self-fixes or seeking services from other establishments, will nullify our service guarantee.

            7. Copyright and Trademarks

            • All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, and trademarks, is the property of Miami Kiss and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
            • Unauthorized use of any content from the Site is prohibited.
