Changes or cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment aren't possible, but if you need to reschedule, simply use the link in your email confirmation (just make sure it's done at least 24 hours before your appointment).
We understand that life happens, but no-shows will incur a 100% cancellation fee. However, if we ever need to cancel on you (we try not to!), we'll happily work with you to find a new time or offer credit for a future visit.
